Job Description

Oversee daily workflow and staff tasks at the service center. Develop and prepare service center operation reports to be submitted to the Managing Director manager and MG Malaysia. Monitor inventory and order supplies, tools, and fuel for the service center. Ensure the cleanliness of the service center, maintaining a neat, clean, and safe environment. Provide customer service to clients visiting for vehicle maintenance. Supervise all operational areas of the service center, including scheduling and performance of employees, purchasing and receiving, and daily tasks related to fueling, maintenance, and car repairs. Plan and provide training for technicians and service advisors. Perform additional tasks as directed by the company from time to time.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
