Job summary

The Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation, management and overall performance of the outlet/section appointed to. As such he/she will be directly involved in the day-to-day running of the outlet in connection with staffing, customer services and product quality. Delegation of duties and responsibilities to his/her assistant is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of all phases of F&B service in the areas under control. He/she is to implement all standardized procedures, rules and regulations systematically to be in line with hotel standards and policies.

Requirement

Physically fit, neat and well-groomed
Proficient in oral and written English, additional language an advantage
Confident, tactful, sensitive to guest and employee needs, service oriented, team player, flexible
Has effective managerial and leadership skills, and is well organized.
Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar capacity in a 5* hotel or in a standalone restaurant
Proficient in computer applications (MS Office)
Customer and revenue driven; has high attention to detail.
Has basic food hygiene knowledge
Creative; can think out-of-the box
Due to Local Immigration policies, only Malaysian will be considered.
