Job Description

:



Oversee and supervise overall operations service centre. CSI enhancement planning and execution. Ensure all HMSB standard guideline procedures are comply and implemented. Lead, organize and manage day to day function of the service centre to achieve the unit intake. Increase the sales turnover and profitability of the service centre. Handling difficult and serious customer complaints. Ensure prompt feedback related to product issues to HMSB with an accurate information. Ensure that the service premises are well maintained, with cleanliness and tidiness are properly managed. Circulate HMSB information to all related staff (Service Letter, HTI, MEMO, etc).

Requirement:



Diploma/Degree in Automotive/Mechanical, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Minimum 5 years working experience in automotive related business or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
