Service Manager - Safety & Security

We are looking for Service Manager- Safety & Security

As a Service Manager- Safety & Security, we rely on you to

• Assist Director of Security in planning, organisation, staff supervision and quality controls for the Security Operation
• Ensure the operation runs efficiently, supervise the duty roster, overtime / leave requests etc
• Plan manpower resources according to special demands such as VIP functions / special events
• Ensure the team maintain crime awareness and protect of Hotel assests
• Develop and deliver necessary training to the team / other departments
• Generate incident, accident and E-log reports in line with prescribed format and standards
• Follow specifications for hotel services.
• Handle all reports, memos, documentation, maintenance records, meeting minutes
• Attend all necessary meetings and disseminate all relevant information obtained to Shift Supervisors

We are looking for someone who:

• Diploma / Certificate or above with professional qualifications in Security Management
• Minimum of 5 years experience with 3 years supervisory experience in Hotel / Security industry
• Capable to conduct training to the employees.
• Proficient with the requirements of government regulations and technical issues.
• Advance understanding on OSHA 1994 and the implementations.
• Operations, management and labor related experience, preferred.
• Able to assess risks and perform independent Security operations .
• Knowledge of security access control system, alarm monitoring system and CCTV system
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Good Interpersonal skills and communications skills
