We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Customer Service / Order Management Specialist
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing post-sales service requests, order processing, RMA handling, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage post-sales activities including RMA service requests and service billings.
Verify customer and order information for accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Update and maintain customer asset install base records.
Perform customer master maintenance including new account setup, account clean-up, and updates.
Collaborate with Field Service teams to handle incoming calls, emails, and requests regarding equipment returns, repairs, replacements, parts orders, and delivery schedules.
Interface with shipping and logistics teams to monitor shipping status and ensure timely delivery.
Process escalations for customers with down systems.
Review orders for completeness and compliance with Global Booking Policy.
Enter service orders into ERP systems promptly and communicate order details to customers.
Provide order status and tracking updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
Resolve backlog issues including order holds, product configuration discrepancies, and purchase order requirements.
Support month-end and quarter-end activities to achieve corporate goals.
Participate in departmental and corporate projects as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with at least
4 years of experience
in Customer Service, Order Management, or a related role in a complex business environment.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to operational excellence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Experience with
Oracle
and
Salesforce.com
preferred.
Flexibility to work
US hours
and weekends as required.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
