State of Johor after sales ownership service separation based in Johor Bahru (home based).
Travel throughout sales territory namely state of Johor & other region of Malaysia
Up to 70% travel should be expected and electronics background driven.
Search and establish contact with new and existing clients who can benefit from our services, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Prepare and maintain pro-active activity and meeting planning
Make technical sales presentations; provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Able to articulate technology and product to both business and technical users.
Manage and interpret clients requirements, expectations, and convey them accurately to relevant technical teams.
Prepare service/spare part and other service related activities scope quotation
Formulate tender and contract terms under guidance.
Administer & maintain client sales database(s).
Prepare sales&service reports.
First point of contact for troubleshooting and able to do hands on especially control panel troubleshooting&PLC(fault finding) plus mechanical service (if needed)
Meet sales/KPI targets and support service execution activities at customer site
Your Profile / Qualifications
Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Mechanical with automation experience or related process technology field
Experience in Servicing , engineering, site installation or commissioning would be an advantage
Experiences in high speed separator process application in palm oil refinery process or food industry would be added advantage
A record of successful sales or relevant experiences with minimum 3-5 years in similar industry.
Service sales experience with rotating equipment and hands on experience will be added advantage
Good oral, written and presentation skills in the English language are essential.
Good computer skills with a sound knowledge of the following software packages, Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
