Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in decent clear communication. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be mandatory.
At least 1-2 years related working experience.
Minimum SPM certificate holder.
Know the Klang Valley area well.
Experience in Customer Service is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
Schedule and plan all service requirements by contacting customers on a daily basis, ensuring a productive route is created for the assigned technician.
Follow up and reschedule missed services to ensure no service backlogs.
Call customers for confirmation of the visit.
Ensure all schedule and customer information is input onto the in-house system accurately and efficiently.
Ensuring all Service Technicians visits are loaded within set time frames every day.
Ensure customer service-related complaints and enquiries are attended to effectively and promptly.
Coordinate with Sales team for any available slots, time adjustment for new sales scheduling.
Liaise with Sales and Service team to best accommodate urgent service visit appointments and communicate changes to affected customers timely.
