to lead front-line operations at a
high-volume grab-and-go cafe
or kiosk.
This is a
fast-paced environment
where speed, accuracy and teamwork are critical. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working on the operations floor, making quick decisions, and ensuring smooth service flow during peak hours.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations during peak and non-peak hours
Ensure orders are taken, prepared, packed and handed over accurately and efficiently
Lead, coordinate and manage service crew in high-volume situations
Monitor queue flow, waiting time and order accuracy
Enforce SOPs, hygiene standards and food safety at all times
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
Assist with staff scheduling and manpower planning
Train new staff and coach existing team members to improve performance
Requirements
Able to work under pressure and make quick decisions
Hands-on, firm, disciplined and proactive on the operations floor
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on speed and accuracy
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Experience
Minimum
2-3 years of experience in F&B industry
At least
1 year experience as Supervisor or Senior Crew
Experience in grab-and-go, cafe or high-traffic outlets is an added advantage
