Job Responsibilities (Male Preferred)

Staff Supervision:

Supervise and support the front-of-house team, including waiters, bussers, and hosts. Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing training to existing staff. Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure high service standards.
Customer Service:

Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they receive prompt and courteous service. Address and resolve guest complaints and special requests efficiently and professionally. Ensure guests have an excellent dining experience by maintaining high service standards.
Operational Oversight:

Oversee the dining area operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and smooth workflow. Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages. Monitor dining room activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
Table Management:

Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction. Ensure tables are cleared and reset promptly after guests leave.
Quality Control:

Ensure all food and beverages meet quality and presentation standards before being served to guests. Conduct regular inspections of the dining area, restrooms, and service stations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
Inventory and Supplies:

Monitor and maintain inventory levels of front-of-house supplies. Coordinate with management to order necessary supplies and equipment.
Communication and Coordination:

Act as a liaison between front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or concerns.
Financial Responsibilities:

Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of payments. Assist in end-of-day financial reporting and reconciliation.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
