Service Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers with a great dining experience Recommend menu items and take food & drink orders Ensure timely and accurate service Handle billing and payment smoothly Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times Keep service areas well-stocked Support daily operations and assist Outlet Manager when needed Receiving, ensuring all Halal ingredients only in kitchen; Check for Non-Halal Items or Potential Doubtful Ingredients; Observe personal hygiene at all times.

Kitchen Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare food & drinks according to recipes and standards Train kitchen staff on food handling and safety Manage kitchen inventory & minimize waste Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and equipment Support scheduling and team coordination Report food quality or supply issues promptly Maintain hygiene and safety standards Assist the Assistant Kitchen Manager/Outlet Manager with other duties Receiving, ensuring all Halal ingredients only in kitchen; Check for Non-Halal Items or Potential Doubtful Ingredients; Observe personal hygiene at all times.

Job Requirements

Malaysian citizen Aged 18 years and above Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays Good communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented Willing to learn and follow company standards Able to work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness No prior experience required (training will be provided)

Typhoid injection is mandatory

(proof of vaccination required before starting work)
