This role will need to have a strong understanding of the following

  • ServiceNow (Preferably with CSA certification)
  • Able to consult on gaps in service and suggest solutions
  • Able to work on ServiceNow integration's
  • Is able to communicate with multiple stakeholders in various regions around the globe
