We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Services Account Manager to join our team in our Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive service sales within the assigned region. This role demands a strong understanding of the service industry, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a keen ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve service sales targets within the region.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
  • New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, expanding the client base and market presence.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams including service delivery, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors\' activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and strategies for improvement.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability while meeting customer expectations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing excellent service throughout the sales process.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
  • Proven track record of success in service sales or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of the service industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
