Job Description

Responsibilities:

Set up and change injection molds according to the production schedule. Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications. Perform trial runs and ensure first-piece quality approval. Troubleshoot and resolve molding issues such as flashing, short shots, or other defects. Ensure all safety procedures are followed when handling molds and machines. Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools, molds, and equipment. Record daily process and molding parameters to maintain consistent part quality and achieve optimized cycle times.

Requirements:

Experience in plastic injection molding setup. Knowledge of molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment. Ability to read and follow work instructions and setup sheets. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physically fit and safety-conscious

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
