Location: Kuala Lumpurs:Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze and interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for the sales force.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales targets, and productivity metrics.
Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis to optimize sales strategies.
Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Strategies:
Assist in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the sales force through data-driven insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement initiatives aimed at productivity, and efficiency.
Identify and analyze opportunities for sales process optimization and resource allocation.
Forecasting & Planning:
Support in the creation of sales forecasts by analyzing historical data and market conditions.
Ensure that the sales forecasting process is accurate and aligned with business objectives.
Assist in the annual and quarterly sales planning processes, ensuring data integrity and alignment with the companyxe2x80x99s goals.
CRM & Data Management:
Manage and maintain data in the CRM system, ensuring accurate, timely, and up-to-date sales data.
Conduct data audits and address discrepancies or inconsistencies to maintain high-quality data.
Collaborate with IT and other teams to enhance CRM functionalities and ensure the system meets business requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to provide insights that support decision-making and drive business results.
Provide training and support to sales teams on utilizing available tools and data to improve sales performance.
Ad-hoc Analysis:
Perform ad-hoc analyses as required by management or cross-functional teams to address specific business challenges.
Conduct special projects focused on optimizing sales force efficiency, territory alignment, and incentive structures.
Continuous Improvement:
Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions based on ongoing analysis and feedback from the sales team and leadership.
To be successful in this role:
Proven experience in sales analytics, sales operations, or a similar data-driven role. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
Skills & Competencies:
Good in analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Good in presentation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
Understanding of sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline management.
