Shadow Aide
Job Description
s:
Implement students' IEP goals to facilitate academic progress and manage classroom behaviour.
Adapt materials and provide necessary prompts for students' learning needs.
Maintain daily documentation and report of students' progress to teaching team.
Guide students to stay focused on tasks, complete assignments, and understand teacher's instructions.
Provide reinforcements for positive behaviors and implement behavior management techniques during challenging moments.
Modify or adapt instructional materials to match the students' learning needs.
Ensure students' physical and emotional safety throughout the day.
Education Requirements:
Minimum SPM (3 Credits) or equivalent.
Experience in Teaching & Learning is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of classroom management, teaching pedagogies, and communication in a school setting.
Experience working with students with special needs is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
