In this role, you'll work closely with children with autism and other developmental needs -- providing therapy, guidance, and support both in sessions and in school as a
Shadow Aide
. Using
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
techniques, you'll help them build essential life skills, confidence, and independence.
What You'll Be Doing:
Conduct engaging 1:1 and group therapy sessions using ABA methods.
Support children in developing communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills.
Assist students in schools to stay focused and achieve their learning goals.
Track progress and celebrate every milestone, big or small.
Work closely with parents, teachers, and therapy teams to ensure consistent support.
Attend weekly training to continuously grow your skills and knowledge.
Who We're Looking For:
Minimum SPM (Diploma/Degree holders encouraged to apply).
No experience needed - comprehensive training provided.
Passionate about working with children with special needs.
Patient, responsible, and eager to learn.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
