Position: SharePoint and Power Platform IT Consultant

Headcount: 1

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: Subject to experience + attractive benefits (13 months\' salary)



Serve as a subject matter expert for SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Power Platform.

Drive user adoption plans and sustainability for SharePoint, Power Platform tools and other O365 apps

Participates in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new O365/SharePoint based business requirements

Ensure relevant operational processes and procedures are documented and maintained for the

technologies

Able to provide user trainings

Support SharePoint Online, deployment, maintenance, health and performance monitoring

Utilize Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform best practices across on-premises and public cloud

implementations

Incident and Problem analysis and resolution in accordance to set SLA

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the technology area.

Participate in projects

Customer focus in all areas at all times

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

3 or more years of experience implementing SharePoint solutions for business needs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Expert knowledge of SharePoint Online & MS Teams Administration and Governance.

Strong knowledge in PowerShell scripting, TypeScript, PCF, plugins, Logic Apps.

Experience working with Agile and ITIL environment

Demonstrates competency/success in the ability to translate customer/business requirements into

business solutions and create long term partnerships with customers

General knowledge of PowerApps/Power Automate

Experience in Record Management / Data Retention is a plus
