Operate Sheet Metal Machine, responsible for operating and comply to the process of operating sheet metal machine.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform Sheet metal process such as shearing / hardware insert / deburring process as per instructed.
Report to duty and perform task with acceptable level of quality required - guided by MPI and instruction by PIC.
Perform self quality check.
Support overtime and perform ad-hoc task whenever required.
REQUIREMENTS:
SPM and above
At least two (2) years' experience in Sheet Metal.
Experienced in metal fabrication shop, (sheet metal) and the general flow.
Basic experience on handling sheet metal machine such as shearing machine and pemnut inserter machine.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Read and understand engineering sketches to determine assembly sequence or method of fabrication.
Able to under basic English communication - to understand MPI and Checksheet.
