We are looking for : Facilities Technician (Shift) Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang Working Hours: 12 hours shift (4 days work 2 days off) Ensure Facilities System including Chilled Water, Condenser Water, Oil Free Air, Process Cooling Water, Process Vacuum, Process Exhaust, HVAC, FLSS and other downstream distribution system reliability in compliance to Standard Operating Procedures, specifications, safety and system requirements. Responsible for driving maintenance programs (including routine inspection, corrective and preventive activities) with a focus on system reliability. Implement mandatory routine inspections in conformance to Standard Operating Procedures and reliability governance. Support emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring on facilities system performance, critical parameters and loading. Facilitate and administer reliability improvement projects including isolation and Testing and Commissioning, and other experimental simulations. Interface directly with clients to identify and analyze critical needs, define problems, and develop specifications to guide the solution process. Sound like you To apply you need to be: Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in Engineering discipline, with considerable hands-on working experience in facilities engineering. Possess at least 1 years of working experience as Facilities Technician. Ability to work on 12 hours shifts is preferred Able to work independently, possess integrity and a right sense of urgency to meet Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus. Good written and oral communication skills deadlines, including work irregular hours and occasional travel if any urgent support.
