Requirement

Diploma/Degree in in electrical, mechanical or technology related. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint intermediate level. Able to communicate and written in English. Interesting in Data center facilities operations and maintenance for HV system, MV system, power generator, UPS, Chiller, Transformer, BMS, CPOS, DCIM and etc mission critical equipment. Self-driven, positive attitude, and team player. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and support Operations related activities Perform Alert Monitoring triggered from the monitoring system Perform first level troubleshooting, resolution and escalation based on predefined troubleshooting guide provided. Creation of Incident details using ticketing system provided. Any other duties or projects as assigned by the Management To execute emergency operations procedure (EOP) To support and response customer call, email, and chat. To monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activity Data center house rule and policy enforcement To support all kind of audit activity To monitor and evaluate DC facilities performance and efficiency To maintain Data center uptime and customer SLA Response to Service Desk and service portal
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
