OPEN VACANCY SHIFT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1) Overseeing daily operations during a specific shift, managing and delegating tasks to staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
2) Assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to ensure smooth operations.
3) Handling customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
4) Monitoring inventory levels, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

1) Strong leadership and communication skills.
2) Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
3) Problem-solving skills, especially for handling customer complaints and operational issues.
