Provide quality products to our customers by ensuring each delivered product meets the Emart24 standards and accurately reflects the customer's order.
Execute administrative and cash management duties.
Ensure team members' complete understanding of all aspects of the Learning Journey.
Provide feedback and follow-up to confirm understanding of Emart24 Standards and Procedures.
Monitor's performance of new team members and consistently provide feedback to the management team to assist in their learning journey.
Effectively and consistently utilize all company communications channels, ie., email, operations bulletin, logbook to keep team members updated on all matters.
Requirements:
Must have 1-2 years of working experience in retail/F&B line.
Good communication skills and willing to learn attitude.
Creative and resourceful.
