Implement plant safety working conditions and environmental control measures.
\xef\x82\xa7 Responsible for processing mill production throughput, product quality, process efficiency & process losses, Mill & workplace cleanliness, Workers management, Self-management & delegation, and review of work delegated to mandors
\xef\x82\xa7 Lead the shift team to achieve shift production targets.
\xef\x82\xa7 Prepare and ensure reports are ready by the end of the shift.
\xef\x82\xa7 Ensure proper pass-over of information to the following shift.
\xef\x82\xa7 Conduction counseling to the operator whenever needed
\xef\x82\xa7 Perform related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
\xef\x82\xa7 Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
\xef\x82\xa7 Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
\xef\x82\xa7 Plan and execute training plans for operators under the shift in charge based on production needs.
\xef\x82\xa7 Ensure Production is running smoothly by getting the correct resource to solve the problem whenever needed.
\xef\x82\xa7 To assist in improving the productivity and quality of production through the introduction of process, development, and analysis.
\xef\x82\xa7 Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
