Hi, we are looking for Shift Supervisor for MNC semiconductor based in BatuKawan/Prai, Penang. Contract 1 year (renewable/convert to permanent)
- Basic salary: RM2,500-Rm4000 (not including allowances)
- Minimum degree holder (preferably in electronic background)- Experience as supervisor for electronic/semiconductor-

- Attendance bonus (monthly & quarterly)
Job description:
1. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
2. Oversee and coach employees
3. Check production output according to specifications
4. Submit reports on performance and progress
5. Identify issues in efficiency
6. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
7. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
8. Ensure all KPI department achieve accordingly
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
