Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development



Identify potential clients such as maritime academies, ship operators, and training institutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the maritime sector. Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.

Marketing & Branding



Plan and execute marketing campaigns for ship marine simulators across digital and traditional platforms. Organize and participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events. Create marketing content (brochures, social media posts, newsletters) to promote products and services.

Market Research & Strategy



Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide insights to management for product positioning and pricing strategies.

Customer Support & Relationship Management



Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service. Coordinate with technical teams for product demonstrations and after-sales support.
