Oversee and

declare Customs Forms

(K1, K2, K9), MBPP/MPPP permits, and police reports. Manage and renew the

LMW license

, assisting with audits and ensuring compliance. Prepare and submit monthly/yearly customs reports (M1, M2, M4) and submitted on time with 100% accuracy. Coordinate

customs exemptions

and duty/SST payment processes. Supervise issuance of consignment notes, invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, Lampiran GPB1, and maintain ISO-compliant documentation. Arrange and coordinate

transport logistics

: lorry dispatch, warehouse handoffs, pickups and deliveries liaising with freight forwarders and customs officers. Manage forwarders (all modes; including air, ocean, truck and small package) to deliver shipments on-time. Monitor and be able to scrutinize and on freight spending especially those irregular high spending. Lead a team,

delegate tasks

, and mentor shipping executives/officers. Support any Free Trade Agreement (FTA) Implementation and other requests from Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations teams.

Job Requirements

Customs & LMW Expertise

: Working knowledge of import/export customs procedures and requirements including licensing, FTA and classification requirements. Experience on customs bonded and LMW is desirable.

Shipping Coordination

: Experience in arranging import/export shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders, and ensuring timely delivery.

Documentation & Compliance

: Strong understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), document control, and duty/SST procedures.

Technical Proficiency

: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems for inventory and shipping records.

Leadership & Teamwork

: Able to supervise junior staff, lead process improvements, and coordinate with internal departments.

Experience & Education

: Diploma/Degree in Logistics or related field with 7-10 years of relevant experience. KEK certification is an advantage.

Languages

: Effective in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia;

Mandarin

is an advantage.

Willing to travel:

locally or regionally if required (e.g., port visits, customs offices, external audits).

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
