\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for processing all shipment clearance documentation for both import and export and ensuring smooth and timely shipment clearance from customs \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange for shipment clearance payments \xe2\x80\xa2 Checking the ETA of the shipment, follow up with shipping line and client, obtain the supporting documents for pre-clearance arrangement \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the container seals are matched with the information detailed in the Bill of Lading, and report to client via email if otherwise \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring and following up of shipments and checking shipment status regularly \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide input into various internal and departmental reporting mechanism: Monthly reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform duties as assigned by manager \xe2\x80\xa2 Well versed in customs declaration. -Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
