is expanding! We are hiring a Shipping Coordinator to support the procurement process by managing purchase orders, maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring inventory levels and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services to meet the organization's operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and approved budgets. Obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and evaluate offers based on price, quality, and delivery terms. Liaise with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and specifications. Maintain and update supplier database, ensuring accurate contact and compliance information. Follow up with vendors on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and discrepancies. Assist in negotiating pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers. Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or overstock situations. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation. Track shipments and resolve delivery or quality issues with suppliers. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant regulations. Prepare purchasing reports and summaries for management review.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Min 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and procurement systems / ERP software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of import / export processes.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
