About the Role



We are looking for a motivated

Customer Service Coordinator

to join our team. This role involves managing booking processes, export/import documentation, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities



Booking Process



Create bookings based on customer instructions Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and country-specific requirements Process amendments or cancellations promptly Prioritize tasks using urgency and FIFO discipline Track errors and drive continuous improvement

Export Documentation



Prepare Bills of Lading (BLs) according to customer shipping instructions Validate BLs against compliance requirements Update revenues accurately per shipping instructions Maintain records in databases/Excel with error-free outputs

Import Documentation



Prepare arrival notices and import invoices on time Ensure invoices are raised accurately following checklists Record productivity in relevant applications Support regional requirements with timely execution

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field 0-3 years of experience in customer service or operations (fresh graduates encouraged) Experience in 24/7 operations preferred Willingness to work on

shift rotation

Strong multitasking and time-management skills Fast typing/keyboard skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus Detail-oriented and organized

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
