Job Overview
:Responsible to manage all shipping/FGI operations including manpower and also, drive improvement projects
for systems or processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate assigned group of subordinates to achieve departmental objectives and goals. Handle all communications with external/internal customers in all shipment related issues including conference call. Continuously drive improvement projects for systems or processes to achieve optimal operational efficiencies. Handle and maintained daily/weekly/monthly reports as assigned. Manage customer finished goods inventories including cycle count procedures, when required. Troubleshoot and resolving all issues arising from daily operations or customer complaints. Manage daily operations to ensure shipments are shipped out as scheduled with no quality issues. Generate management presentation materials and make presentations, when required. Any other assigned duties/tasks from time to time.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Diploma in any disciplines Minimum 3 working years experience, preferably in logistics industries.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
