Responsible for shipment and delivery arrangement.
Responsible for full set export document preparation.
Responsible for the shipment from its origin country until to the destination warehouse.
Propose innovative ways to improve service and cost, from both technological and process improvements.
To follow up the shipping processes documents, controls of freight payment, audit system and ensure all document, processes and controls are updated.
Efficiently responsive to customers requirement that related to shipment arrangement and ensure customer's requirement are met.
Coordinating Export shipment arrangements with ivory team and maintaining up-to-date exports data records
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
