Job Description
Shipping Executive.
Our client is a well-established MNC Manufacturer based in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Food Ingredients)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday
:
- Execute booking instruction for import/export shipments based on shipment schedule, including ocean freight, air freight, cross border shipment and trucking.
- Follow up shipment movement and timely update changes to internal counterpart.
- Follow up shipment issues related to freight booking, freight cost, delay, change of POD etc.
- Request for freight rate with liner/forwarder.
- Ensure freight billing with liner/forwarder.
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics/shipping/transportation function, 3PL/manufacturing industry or relevant.
- Min. Diploma education level in any discipline or above.
- Required language - English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required knowledge: Incoterms.
- Talents from 3PL/freight forwarding and manufacturing background are welcomed to apply.
