As a Shipping Executive, you will play a key role in managing the freight booking activity for import and export shipments. If you are detail-oriented, customer-centric, and have exceptional teamwork and communication skills, we\'re looking for talent like you! Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Foods) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru s: Execute booking instructions for import and export shipments based on the shipment schedule, including ocean freight, air freight, cross-border shipments, and trucking. Follow up on shipment movements and timely update changes to internal stakeholders and customers. Follow up on shipment issues related to freight booking, freight cost, delay, change of POD, etc. Request freight rate and schedules with the liner/forwarder on weekly/monthly basis. Ensure correct freight billing vs booking. Requirements: Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics/shipping/transportation function, 3PL/manufacturing industry or relevant. Min. Diploma education level in any discipline or above. Required language - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Verbal). Required knowledge - Incoterms, HS Code, MITI.
