Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handing import and export shipments to ensure a fluently shipping process.
- Sourcing, evaluating and negotiating on freight charges with forwarder or liner agent.
- Coordinate with forwarder on booking (FCL, LCL), delivery container matters, custom clearance, and shipping docs.
- Apply COO or FTA Forms (FORM E, AI) for shipments.
- Handing in local transportation matters.
- Courier the shipping docs or sample (DHL, FedEx).
- Having shipping/forwarder/liner experience or related experience would be considered.
- Mandarin speaker
- Microsoft word/excel
- Good comnunication skills/able to work independently
- Mon-Fri: 8am to 5pm
- Sat: 8am to 12pm
- Company car with driver
- Meal/Attendane/Transport Allowance
- Overtime Pay.
- Mid-Autumn Bonus/Yearly Bonus
- Provide uniform/ safety shoes or safety shoes allowance.
- Tea/coffee/snacks free provided.
- Provide mask for each working day.
