• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Must be able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Computer knowledge.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking suppliers in China.
• Possess own transport.
• Initiative, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all matters related to shipping (import and export) of company products and equipment.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, vendors, customers, and warehouse personnel.
• Prepare all shipping documents such as DO, Packing List, BL, and other documents as required.
• Monitor and follow up closely with parties involved to ensure a smooth shipping process.
• Assist in the application for export and import documents from authorities and relevant agencies.
• Perform general and day-to-day administrative duties.
• Support documentation and maintain a proper office filing and record system for the department.
• Assist in answering phone calls.
• Perform and assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned.
