JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning and coordination of all import shipments by communicating with freight forwarders on the arrival notice
- Follow up and provide updates to warehouse and related internal dept on the import containers status on daily basis.
- Arrange all outbound deliveries based on shipping request received.
- Arrange recycled pallets, trays to Dyson as and when required
- Provide monthly transportation cost of deliveries to Dyson for our engineering team
- Submit to trade and compliance team docs for required custom renewal exemption for deliveries to other LMW entity
- Provide supporting docs to trade and compliance team for the application of custom exemption for raw materials and purchased part imported for outbound testing/sampling purposes.
- Prepare import custom clearance charges to sales dept on monthly basis.
- Filing of shipment documents
- Responsible to submit VGM and shipping instructions for export shipments. Check draft Bls for confirmation
- Send monthly 20\'GP container list to Dyson Logistics
