\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for delivery arrangements for both local & export sales. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and arrange a complete set of documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Health Certificate, Free Sales Certificate, Certificate of Origins, Marine Insurance, and various permits (MAQIS, MITI, SIRIM, MIDA, etc). \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with customs officers and forwarding agents for import and export of goods, vessel booking, and coordination of container delivery/pick-up. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise on production schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate with internal customers regularly to update the status of the goods. \xe2\x80\xa2 Systematic update of export invoice to Accounts Department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain proper records of shipment data, systematic filing, and storage of shipping documents for audit purposes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other functions and duties as and when assigned by the management.
