Role Summary: Coordinator of shipping and logistics operations to ensure all required documents are completed to ensure a smooth shippping transaction.

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Process customer orders promptly and accurately. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate sea freight shipments and transport arrangement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Chartering of vessels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Book service with co-loaders for import / export and trans-shipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare billings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customer\xe2\x80\x99s shipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare relevant shipping documents and ensure all documents are accurate and in accordance to Letter of Credit and shipping instructions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and follow-up on shipment schedule and delivery of goods. \xe2\x80\xa2 Filing and updating of schedules. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with shipping lines, bank and internal staff on documents processing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Submit exports and imports containers details. \xe2\x80\xa2 Comply with port regulations and facilitate commercial trade transactions, as well as update import permits.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 A degree in the related job field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to relocate to the job location.
