Job Overview

:

Manage daily Shipping/FGI operational activities and a group of subordinates in excellent manner with view

to exceed department objectives and goals.

Primary Responsibilities :

1. Handle fresh lot receiving activities including verifications, system transactions or relabeling when required.

2. Manage all documentation activities and requirements.

3. Support shipment order picking, packing, labeling or splitting/combine processes, when required.

4. Generate and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports as assigned.

5. Manage direct/indirect material requisitions and storage.

6. Support inventory cycle counts activities, when required.

7. Support shipment release to forwarders/couriers process, when required.

8. Support communications with regard to Shipping/FGI issues with internal/external customers.

9. Manage and motivate a group of subordinates to fulfill daily operational tasks and requirements.

10. Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualification & Experience :

Diploma in related discipline or ;

STPM / Cert with min 2 years relevant working experience or ;

SPM with min 4 years relevant working experience

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
