The Shop Assistant

is responsible for assisting the Retail Store Manager in managing floor operations, handling inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires physical fitness, strong stamina, good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of teamwork.

Job Responsibilities:

Receiving, unpacking, and arranging newly delivered stocks Labelling and organizing goods on display shelves Assisting customers in locating the products they are looking for Handling customer complaints and inquiries courteously Must be sharp, precise and careful in carrying out duties Hardworking and positive in following all given instructions Responsible for retail selling activities

Job Requirements:

Min SPM Age between 18-35 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Prior experience or basic knowledge in retail is an added advantage
