Shop Assistant /e Commerce Packer

Job Description

Responsibilities

Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently Label parcels and coordinate courier pickups Inspect products for quality before packing Receive, sort, and organize incoming stock Monitor and update inventory levels in the system Assist with returns and restocking Maintain cleanliness and order in the store and packing area Support ad-hoc tasks such as labeling, shelf arrangement, or assisting walk-in customers (if applicable)
Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent. Able to work independently and in a team. Familiar with basic apps like WhatsApp, Google Sheets, or e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop is a bonus). Able to adapt to a fast paced working environment with tight deadlines Physically fit and able to handle moving & lifting goods. Experience in e-commerce or storekeeping is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 11/20/2025
