Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Malay and English.
• Deliver high quality and standards of service to clients.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Proactively approach customer.
• Understand customer needs and recommend best products.
• Stock replenishment and stock taking.
• Ensure that the store is in good condition and presentable at all times i.e. shelves and fixtures are clean, display products are present in good condition.
• Ability to operate computer systems and software.
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, at least 2-3 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day retail operations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Provide after sale services such as exchange matters (training will be provided)
• Perform cashiering duties
• Receiving, processing, and organizing incoming goods/deliveries
• Perform visual merchandising
• To complete daily and weekly paperwork to management in timely and accuracy manner
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
