Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Proactively approach customer.
Understand customer needs and recommend best products.
Stock replenishment and stock taking.
Ensure that the store is in good condition and presentable at all times i.e. shelves and fixtures are clean, display products are present in good condition.
Ability to operate computer systems and software.
Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, at least 2-3 years experience.
Tanggungjawab
Responsible for day-to-day retail operations
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Provide after sale services such as exchange matters (training will be provided)
Perform cashiering duties
Receiving, processing, and organizing incoming goods/deliveries
Perform visual merchandising
To complete daily and weekly paperwork to management in timely and accuracy manner
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
