Job Description
We are looking for an Shop Supervisor to join our team and provide support in our branches. Responsibilities:
- To ensure the smooth operations of an outlet
- To provide guidance, training and coaching to sales personnel
- Strong leadership and good communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory experience
- Minimum education level required is SPM
- Strong leadership and good communication skills
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers
- Rotational shift
- Melaka City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- When are you available start to work?
- Shop Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
