Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Shop Supervisor (Shoes & Leather Goods) to join our team. As the Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that all store activities meet our standards of quality and customer service. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our store is delivering exceptional customer experiences and maximizing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Oversee all daily activities and operations of the store. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. Manage inventory levels and ensure that the store is always fully stocked. Train, coach, and develop team members to ensure they are meeting performance objectives. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues quickly and effectively. Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for growth. Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring that all displays and merchandise are visually appealing. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time. Requirements: SPM/Diploma or equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience in footwear and leather goods. Department store experience will be an added advantage. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speakers will be an added advantage.
