  • For Supervisor, at least 1 year of experience as Team Leader or Crew Leader will be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer-facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate well in Chinese, English, and Malay.
  • Able to multitask when required.
  • Friendly and approachable.
  • May work special events, as needed.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Shop Assistant
  • Preparebrew coffee, tea, fruits, ice cream, and serve items to customers.
  • Package beverages for sale.
  • Sell a variety of coffee, tea, fruits, and brewing equipment, explaining the differences between items and educating customers on preparation methods.
  • Clean and restock work and dining areas, dispose of trash, and sanitize equipment and utensils.
  • Learn about preparation methods, beverage blending, food preparation, and presentation techniques to enhance food quality.
  • Shop Supervisor
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the shop.
  • Create store crew schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervise and train new store crew to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism.
  • Assist in the execution of strategic planning including outlet food cost control, stock take, and stock ordering.
  • Oversee daily caf\xc3\xa9 operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Explain and promote products and offerings.
  • Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Train new store crew on drinks preparation and proper use of equipment.
  • Coordinate with HQ, as needed (e.g., takeaway cups, coffee, milk, fruit, and other ingredients).
  • Brew coffee, tea, or fruit tea and serve drinks to customers.
  • Ensure every drink served to customers is made with passion and the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.
  • Able to explain all Wedrink products clearly to customers and to promote/upsell the products at all times.
  • Keep the environment clean at all times.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain good communication among teammates and manager.
