For Supervisor, at least 1 year of experience as Team Leader or Crew Leader will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer-facing responsibilities is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
Shop Assistant
Preparebrew coffee, tea, fruits, ice cream, and serve items to customers.
Package beverages for sale.
Sell a variety of coffee, tea, fruits, and brewing equipment, explaining the differences between items and educating customers on preparation methods.
Clean and restock work and dining areas, dispose of trash, and sanitize equipment and utensils.
Learn about preparation methods, beverage blending, food preparation, and presentation techniques to enhance food quality.
Shop Supervisor
Manage day-to-day operations of the shop.
Create store crew schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Supervise and train new store crew to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism.
Assist in the execution of strategic planning including outlet food cost control, stock take, and stock ordering.
Oversee daily caf\xc3\xa9 operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
Explain and promote products and offerings.
Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
Train new store crew on drinks preparation and proper use of equipment.
Coordinate with HQ, as needed (e.g., takeaway cups, coffee, milk, fruit, and other ingredients).
Brew coffee, tea, or fruit tea and serve drinks to customers.
Ensure every drink served to customers is made with passion and the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.
Able to explain all Wedrink products clearly to customers and to promote/upsell the products at all times.
Keep the environment clean at all times.
Comply with health and safety regulations.
Maintain good communication among teammates and manager.
