• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use tools to analyze sales and user behavior data to formulate effective marketing strategies.
• Language requirements: Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations and maintenance of stores, including product listing, price adjustments, and inventory management.
• Analyze store performance data, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates, and formulate improvement plans to optimize conversion rates and ROI (Return on Investment).
• Stay updated on Shopee and TikTok platform algorithms and trends, and adjust operational strategies accordingly.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to optimize store ranking, increase exposure, and boost sales.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely product availability and sufficient inventory.
