Capital Club is searching for someone who deeply understands the nuances of short-form content and is passionate about motivational, finance, and money-making subjects. This role requires intimate knowledge of current trends in short-form content, including but not limited to music choices, hook methods, and stylistic choices.

Responsibilities

• CreatorOnboarding and Planning: Onboard new creators and chalk out strategic content plans for them, ensuring a diverse and engaging range of content for our Ambassador and Video Editing Team.
• Establish Guidelines: Create a comprehensive guideline and set of rules for all creators to adhere to, ensuring consistent and high-quality content submissions.
• Content Usability Review: Assess the submitted content from various creators, provide feedback, and advise on its usability and alignment with the Capital Club\'s vision.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for creators on shooting techniques, creating effective hooks, and suggesting trending topics for content creation.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on short-form content trends in areas like music, hooks, and stylistic approaches to ensure our content remains current and engaging.
• Performance Review: Regularly analyze the performance of content from all creators, providing actionable feedback to improve engagement and reach.
