Responsibilities

• Repurpose existing long-form videos into short-form content: Use your adept editing and storytelling skills to create engaging, bite-sized videos that resonate with our target audience.
• Captivating Hooks: Develop content that grips the viewer\'s attention within the first few seconds. Your strategic creativity will be pivotal in drawing in the audience and driving video performance.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in short-form video content, adapting our brand\'s messaging accordingly to secure maximum visibility and engagement.
• Growth and Virality: The ultimate goal is to achieve virality and grow our follower count. Leverage your knowledge of algorithm trends, hashtags, and viewer behaviors to maximize the reach of our content.
• Collaboration: Coordinate closely with our Head of Distribution to ensure that content production aligns with the broader goals of our organization.
