The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing short form video content for ads on social media platforms that aligns with our brand vision and engages our target audience. The video editor will play a crucial role in delivering video contents as per brief that\'s provided by stakeholders. It is critical that you adhere to established guidelines to effectively churn out videos on a weekly basis. Success in this role will be demonstrated by producing dynamic, entertaining, and audience-appropriate videos to expand market reach and increase viewer engagement.ResponsibilitiesVideo Production:

• Arrange, assemble and process RAW footages to produce high-quality social media friendly branded video content.
• Executing end-to-end editing process, ensuring videos are delivered on time and ready to launch, with no errors.
• Communicating effectively with team leads, taking direction and feedback to refine and enhance visual treatments of the videos.
• Work independently and collaboratively closely with stakeholders, team leads and other team members to ensure alignment with goals and deliveries.
• Maintain a keen eye on social media editing trends to adapt within Mindvalley videos.
• Utilize AI tools for process efficiency.

• Proficient in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficient in motion graphics software: Adobe After Effects
• Basic familiarity with graphic design software: Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Basic familiarity with audio software: Adobe Audition

• Creative Thinking: Ability to transform ideas into engaging visual stories.
• Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Reliability & Dependability: Ability to deliver video outputs on deadlines, with less to no supervision.

• A minimum experience of 3 years working with & editing social media friendly videos.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software with a thorough understanding of storytelling and visual narrative techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team direction and cross-functional collaboration.
• A keen eye for visual elements that resonate with target audiences, coupled with strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborational skills to inspire and foster a creative and positive work environment, adaptable to changing project demands.
